Tiger City Boxing Gym

Tiger City Boxing Gym is a fitness facility that was established in 2005 and offers boxing and sports conditioning programs.

We offer boxing and fitness classes for people of all ages. Our gym is open from morning to night and we offer classes throughout the day. If you are a competitor or your looking to get into great shape then this is the place to be.

Our facility has everything you need to improve your boxing skills, lose weight while getting into great shape. We have various boxing equipment, cardio machines and free weights to fit your needs. Our classes are for everyone of all levels and will produce results.

We utilize our vast experience and proven knowledge to provide the best platform for athletes to succeed, whether they be recreational, amateur, or professional, as we have since 2005.

Multi-Function Cable Machine

By adding the resistance of a cable machine to your exercises you can build your core strength, generate power during your workouts and burn calories.

Sled Pull

The arms and legs work together to coordinate movement, and keeping a strong core is crucial to keeping the body stable as the limbs exert force on the sled and training surface, which can vary from grass through padded matts to gravel—with each posing different challenges.

Assault AirBike

Assault AirBike can provide a virtually unlimited workout. Keep it mellow and level to target a heart rate range, or jump into a Tabata/high-intensity interval session that reduces you to a quivering heap of sweat.
